HELP ME PLEASE!!! MOTIVATION NEEDED BADLY!!!
i’ve been having a MAJOR problem…i started my summer vacation and um…basically i havent worked out at all,been eating all the wrong stuff at the wrong time and been having major trouble sleeping. I lost all movation to work out..wen i joined the site i was so pumped up with the idea of reaching my goals and feeling happier about my body but ever since vacay started ive been acting like a MAJOR couch potatoe…sum1 PLEASE give me sum rlly wise words of motivation so i can finally get off my ass and do something with myself pleeaase!!!!!! im going to brazil in july and i wna look my best! PLEASE PLEASE PLEAASE HELP!! i jst need the motivation to get started coz if i start going i’ll be fine from there…i feel like crap and my self esteem is super low so pleeeeeeeeaaaase help me stop thinking of stupid reasons not 2 go 2 the gym and WORK!!! i always get like this wen i start my vacation off of uni..all i need is a MAJOR push! and please dnt say anythingin a nice way…jst be harsh and cruel to scare the shit out of me so i can go 2 the gym!!! if anybody reads this blog..please please please leave a comment becoz i rlly need this…not jst coz i want to look good because i wna feel good about myself and proud that i achieved wat most of you are achieving..please help me.

I think that the fact that you’re already beautiful and have an awesome physique should motivate you enough….you are very close (only a few months away of hard work) from achieving a model-type physique.
Pull up some pictures of some physiques that you want…..be extreme about it. Post them on top of your bed so when you wakeup, that’s the first thing you see when you wakeup and go to sleep. Have posters of only fit women everywhere and nothing else. Throw away all the crap that’s stored in your fridge. Act like it’s cleaning day except it’s all for things that may make you go back to the lifestyle that you know won’t get you to your goals.
Then get a badass music playlist together and put the songs in an order that will work with your workout (i usually go progressively slow to hardcore intense). This will help you power through your workouts. Also play the songs that get you hyper before you even leave to go workout so you’re pumped and don’t all of a sudden decide not to go when someone invites you out.
