Well I just started taking some protein and oatmeal 1.5 hrs before I work out now. I get up at 0430 and take them right away then its off to work! Training begins at about 0630 and goes until Im done! About an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. And o far so good! Im deffinetly more energized in the morning and through my workout.

Well this is MY STORY. I’ll try to keep it short. Im an Infantry man in the Army. I was wounded in Afghanistan in Oct 2006. I’ve been recovering since then. I started back in the gym on Monday March 5th and I’m trying to get back into a routine. My injury was my right leg, and ankle. So legs are still pretty hard to hit. I can still do them but light and only certain exercises. I lost a lot of muscle and strength during those months and gained a lot of weight. I’ve already lost a few and my pants are needing a belt. So I’m feeling good, and almost got the momentum going. And I love this cause it will keep me motivated. Well lets get started!
