Getting there….

When Im good, IM GOOD. And when Im bad, I eat ice cream with magic chocolate sauce!!!   Dang it!  Yesterday was my husband’s parents anniversary bbq and I was decent all day until I hit the guacamole (still good fats), but that dang ice cream!  Too good.  Does my cardio session this morning equalize it?  Maybe a little extra in the afternoon. 

One good thing, I didnt drink last weekend AT ALL (no extra alqui cals) and this past weekend, just a little.  Im going to will try for a 99% All Clean Diet from today (Monday) through next Monday - even with a wedding this Saturday…..no alcohol, no ice cream and regular clean meals.  and yes, I said 99%…that is something I can live with.

In less than one week of clean eating and keeping a 1200 calorie a day diet, I received so many comments from my colleagues, family and friends.  It is amazing how your dont realize how "inflammation" really does affect the overall look of your body.  My body has noticiably slimmed down.  I am now going on week two of the leaning out phase.  The bummer is that Thanksgiving is about a week away and the Holidays are right around the corner.  I will stick with my BFF and hope the diet sticks with me!  The fat-burning supplements have helped my evening appetite considerably and I am getting use to the smaller portions. 

Thirst is a reminder to stay hydrated and damn I am thirsty!

 I will post some new pics on Sunday after my hour long run.

Here is my first "official" clean Saturday in a long time.  My goal of 18% BF will hopefully not bring me to my knees since I will aim for 1200 calories a day to get there.  Here is what I ate yesterday:

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal Pancake

[Awesome wake up to a great day….had time to make a decent BREAK-FAST.)

SNACK:Slim Jim Teriyaki Stick (1 oz.) and a bottled water 

[Post 6 year old’s B-Ball game….on the road and looking for something decent at the "corner store".  This is good for an "emergency snack", but you are right, not the healthiest.  In a pinch, it will do.]
