Who is bondgirl_1245?
My alter ego is bondgirl_1245. She is a stealth, cunning, athletic international spy (just jokes!). Ok, well she is athletic and she is the person I enjoy to transition to when it is time to get focused on fitness. My real self is a 31 year old mother of three young boys, wife, full time health insurance sales executive. I serve on the Board of Directors of the local Chamber of Commerce and also serve as Program Chair for one of our local Rotary Clubs. I am everywhere and I seem to be at ease splitting myself into three or four selves. But working out is my daily ritual, my way to connect to God and get clear with myself, listen and jam out to music (which is vital!) and tune out without tuning out. I am on a mission to get in incredible shape and I know I will get there. Because fitness is something I love, my confidence is high and I am so happy that my husband is joining me in my quest for better physical fitness. It is cool to have a partner in crime…..a James Bond for the Bond Girl! Keep checking my progress….Thanks for all of your support!!!
