I feel like I have a hunger problem. I am constantly getting hastled by fellow workers about my hunger. I tend to be hungry all the time, I do not eat un healthy snacks. I tend to eat any fruit or small finger foods like carrots, cucumbers, or avacados. I eat 6 meals a day, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with three shakes in between and after work out. But it seems that after 30 or 35 min after each meal I am still hungry. Does anyone have any suggetions on how to cure my appetite and not get fat??
