Leg Day

March 21, 2008

Back to the gym for the second time this week. I remembered to stretch today, it made a big difference in how I felt post workout. My arms are still somewhat sore from Wednesday, however its not that bad anymore.

Leg day is always a lot of fun. Its the day I can go really heavy.

First day back

March 19, 2008

Today  was my first day back in the gym since August. It felt good to be back. My max bench for the day was between 55 - 65 pounds. I’m going to start light and work my way back in.

Time Management

I haven’t been the the gym in the last 5 weeks, I need to find a way of managing my time more efficiently. I think if I had a training partner I would be more motivated to go. But right now I’m just so tired when i come home from work, I just don’t feel like going to the gym.

Tricep Pressdown 2 X 4-6

Hammer Curl 1 X 6-8

Rope Press down 1 X 6-8

Forearm Curl 3 X 6-8

Wednesday - Rest OR High Intensity Cardio (16 minutes all out)

Thursday - Legs

Squats 3 X 4-6

Stiff Leg Deadlift 2 X 4-6

Leg Press 2 X 4-6

Standing Calf raise 2 X 6-8

Seated Calf Raise 2 X 6-8

Friday - Back/Traps

Deadlift 3 X 4-6
