About My Blog

I have been training for twenty-one years: As a result I have gained fifty pounds of muscle and maintained an above average physical lifestyle. I’ve seen training, supplemental and dietary fads come and go. While some of these concoctions have had some merit, most of them, were fly by night and were merely an attempt by some entity to capitalize on the latest health scare or insignificant health finding. Remember the ab-blaster, grapefruit seed, and chromium piccolonate? Through a sensible diet and a quality (form, feel) over quantity (amount, max) methodology when it comes to training, I have consistently met and exceeded both my short and long term physical goals. Over the years, I have assisted many friends, family members, fellow gym members and (believe it or not) many bystanders from the public venue, with their own personal fitness goals. As a result, I have determined that there is a serious need for a quality based approach to physical fitness and muscle building. With that, I am currently working on getting my web-page up and running, as well as working on a fitness methodology book, "The Quality Body." Both of these media sources will contain the underlying theme of continual improvement, and will produce serious results for those willing to partake in a fitness system based in fact and reality.
