					<description>That's the big battle for me: gaining size while not gaining fat around the middle. I need the calories to maintain strength, but it's difficult to find the correct number for strength without crossing over to Fat City.

					<description>No... you're right...  it's 5 sets of 2 or 3 moves per bodypart...  it was a typo... I just fixed it...
I pick 2 or 3 different excersises each day... for chest day do...  flat bench, flyes, dips... one day....  and go to incline bench, incline flyes and pushups the next time I do chest...</description>

or 5 sets flat bench press, 5 sets incline chest press, 5 sets decline chest press, 5 sets flys db?

then, for back, you'd do 5 sets each of seated rows, bent over rows, lat pull downs, etc?
