7:00am Breakfast - 2xCups All Bran and 1xCup 1% Milk
7:15am Pre-Workout - 1xSmoothy
9:00am Post-Workout - 1xSmoothy
11:00am Mid-Morning - 1xSmoothy
1:00pm Lunch - Chicken Salad or 1xSmoothy
3:00pm Mid-Afternoon - 1xSmoothy
5:00pm Late-Afternoon- 1xSmoothy
7:00pm Dinner - 2xCups Mixed Frozen Veggies, 8oz Chicken Breast and 2 tbls Low Fat Salad Dressing
10:00pm Bedtime - 1xSmoothy
Drink at least 1gal of Water per Day
NOTES: My work puts me on the road most of the day: so I rely alot on my Smoothies to make sure I balance my nutritional intake:. it takes alot of guesswork out of it: and it has worked very well for me.
All this totals around 3200 Calories per day: with about 300g of Protein.

450ml Water

1xCup Instant Oats (nuked in the water)

500ml 1% Milk

6xRaw Egg Whites (Medium)

4xtbls Low Fat Yoghurt
-
2xtbls Natural Peanut Butter
-
3xScoops Whey Protein Powder
-
6-8 Ice Cubes
All this just fits nicely into a 50oz blender and makes 4 servings:
