MOTIVATION PLEASE!!!!!
i really need help…it seems as i know longer have time for the gym for about the last three months all ive been doing is going to class and lifting beer bottles througout the week and weekends…ive been thinking about trying to go to the gym before my classes in the morning and to see how well that works out….its really tough right now though becuase i see the pounds packing on slowly but surely….man this has got to stop

you have to just make yourself do it… i hate mornings.. but i started to change my routine and do the morning workouts and it was well worth the time… it just took some getting used to… remember getting fit isnt about what is easy it is making a decision to make a change and committing full force

i aggree with sstarpits. you have to make yourself. Once you start getting up in the morning, you will quickyl realize it is worth it. If being in shape was easy, noone would be fat. that discipline we have is what seperates us from the rest. When i get new troops, they hate me the first two weeks. But when they see the changes, they realize i am doing it for them. Stick with it man.
