MOTIVATION PLEASE!!!!!
Friday, September 5th, 2008i really need help…it seems as i know longer have time for the gym for about the last three months all ive been doing is going to class and lifting beer bottles througout the week and weekends…ive been thinking about trying to go to the gym before my classes in the morning and to see how well that works out….its really tough right now though becuase i see the pounds packing on slowly but surely….man this has got to stop
