i really need help…it seems as i know longer have time for the gym for about the last three months all ive been doing is going to class and lifting beer bottles througout the week and weekends…ive been thinking about trying to go to the gym before my classes in the morning and to see how well that works out….its really tough right now though becuase i see the pounds packing on slowly but surely….man this has got to stop

I’ve been working out faithfully for about three months now and i have seen some great changes. I have noticed that i have gotten stronger than i was but i still i have to remind myself that it is not an overnight process of gaining muscle and getting big. I started off bench pressing 115 now i have increased to 155 which may be nothing but it is a lot to me because it reminds me of the progress that i am making. now since school is about to start my biggest challenge will be to continue to work out while im away at school but i know that in order to reach my goal i wil have to keep working out and eating and eating and eating. thanks for reading this and words of encouragement will be great
