Fit - that’s what I am………. NOT!!
Just started running again after at least 7 or 8 months break. MAN!.. that 2 miles run wore me out! Actually I’m not allowed using the word "fit" in this context at all lol.
That has to change! Gonna do cardio 2 times per week again from now on.

Starting back on cardio is always tough - which is probably why I seem to always be starting again with cardio myself - but as you know the benefits will become evident very quickly. Keep at it and good luck!

Cardio is great, Ben. But do not overdo it when your body still needs to get accustomed.
By the way: How long do your cardio sessions last? 30 minutes? And do you only run? Otherwise, put in P90X and do Kenpo X!!! I love it, you know it.

Hehe okay. Well I felt excellent the other day and my body usually accustoms pretty quickly, yay! So I’m gonna go running again in a few.
Gonna check that out.
