Just started running again after at least 7 or 8 months break. MAN!.. that 2 miles run wore me out! Actually I’m not allowed using the word "fit" in this context at all lol.
That has to change! Gonna do cardio 2 times per week again from now on.

…use prime number dumbells! 
Seriously, just realized that I subconsciously use prime number dumbells and skip non-prime numbers whenever it’s possible… 11.. 13… I skip 15… 17… 19… skip 21… 23… skip 25… 27… 29… 31! (talking of kilograms btw)

Browsing through profiles is what motivates me alot… and probably most people here on bodyspace. So many athletes have done a fantastic job building an incredible physique. Unfortunately their photography skills can’t keep up with their fitness level 
This isn’t a fitness athlete related thing of course. I stopped counting people who take pictures with automatic cameras using flash to capture sceneries that are miles away hehe.

Just finished recovering from surgery. Yay!
Luckily I didn’t lose as much mass as I thought. However I have to catch up again.
Oh how I missed the gym haha… Back to business!!
