		<description><![CDATA[Had some synovial fluid drained from my R knee. They are trying to see if it is related to RA or not. I wont be competing anytime soon, but am on the road to recovery. Taking some supplements to help and hopefully can regain all the strength and more in a short time!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A perfect time to join a powerlifting/strongman gym (also for regular rats as well) and then see the 2007 WSM comp on TV last night. I am feeling good about it. I start today training heavy and hard. Now I have to bring some Strongmen into the gym I workout at. Or at least find some willing to move the weight who already belongs. DO NOT interpret this as a New Years Resolution&#8230;it is just coincidental!!!
