ADVICE PLEASE!!! One hardcore muscle group a day?
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007Is it possible to workout one and only one muscle per day (5 different workout days) and go hardcore with 6-8 exercises and still make huge gains? I am trying to switch it up. I know when I fatigue my muscles to the max that is when I see the most growth. My fear is that I will give too much rest (days) in-between the muscles. Any knowledge on this would help!
