Great lunch time workout
Just did 25 minutes of high intensity cardio for lunch. Drinkin my protein drink as I type and getting ready to get back to work. Felt good!!! Hopefully can come through and get a two-a-day in!!!! I dont know why more people dont workout. It feels soo great after word. More energy…feel good….trying to look good!!! All is well!!
