Ab TIME HELP PLEASE!!!!!
Someone on this green earth tell me what the secret is to these Rock Stellar abs I see on here. The pelvic V…..super striations….sexy slim waist…..I mean what does it take people?!?@!?#$ I do knee lifts, leg lifts, obliques, decline situps, blah blah blah. Just doesnt happen for me!!! Please advise.

Simple, cardio and a clean diet!!!
These are more important than ab exercises!

yes, like what she said. clean diet and cardio.
make sure when you do abs that you switch and non-stop to feel the burn.
Like when your doing hanging leg raise is it the assisted leg raise? make sure your knee goes all the way up close to your chest, so your bottom looks like a curve (spoon scooping an ice cream) this I learn from PT class.
