It has been some time since I was down with my knee issue. I am back….done traveling for work….done eating and drinkin like crap…and cant wait to get back to home next week to attack the diet and training!!! I need to be at the point that I feel happy about pulling a 60k pound semi in a record time!!!

Had some synovial fluid drained from my R knee. They are trying to see if it is related to RA or not. I wont be competing anytime soon, but am on the road to recovery. Taking some supplements to help and hopefully can regain all the strength and more in a short time!!!

A perfect time to join a powerlifting/strongman gym (also for regular rats as well) and then see the 2007 WSM comp on TV last night. I am feeling good about it. I start today training heavy and hard. Now I have to bring some Strongmen into the gym I workout at. Or at least find some willing to move the weight who already belongs. DO NOT interpret this as a New Years Resolution…it is just coincidental!!!

Just did 25 minutes of high intensity cardio for lunch. Drinkin my protein drink as I type and getting ready to get back to work. Felt good!!! Hopefully can come through and get a two-a-day in!!!! I dont know why more people dont workout. It feels soo great after word. More energy…feel good….trying to look good!!! All is well!!

I havent worked out in a week and I feel like crap about it. I have around 130days before the strongman comp and I have little motivation this week. A lot is going on in the personal life which SUCKS and I come home and want to be a lazy ass. No one to work out with….no one to strongman train with!! It is a real drab!! Ok…I am done!!

Someone on this green earth tell me what the secret is to these Rock Stellar abs I see on here. The pelvic V…..super striations….sexy slim waist…..I mean what does it take people?!?@!?#$ I do knee lifts, leg lifts, obliques, decline situps, blah blah blah. Just doesnt happen for me!!! Please advise.

So I went with the advice of a BB.commer and it felt great. I whooped out some HEAVY LIFTING. Gotta get prep for April Strongman!!! Feeling good and eating chicken pasta and garden salad…..!!!
