I am so proud of myself. First of all–I want to say "thanks" to all my BB.com friends for such awesome compliments and strong support.
I am about do do my second competition. I am so super pumped–heck I can’t stay out the mirror–practicing more and more and more. This time I have learned my body more. I did find out the secret to my evil water retention and I have mastered my comp week to take care of that. You bet I have this logged in the book. Also. people say carb deplete–know your body before you do so. Last show I did this and then tried to add them back into my diet the day before and of the show. This was NOT beneficial to my body. Instead I need to keep my carbs just lower them and keep them in moderation until I peak then I am there. Thant’s right–like my friend says….NO CRAZY STUFF!!!! That keeps me focused so "thank you"–and this time I didn’t and won’t do anything different that I know doesn’t work for my body type. Watch out for the results. Note to self~~~~
It is not how you place but how you look. Did you do everything you could have to be better than the person beside you? If the answer is yes–then you are a true "WINNER"….but hell——everyone knows a trophy would be nice…lol or two…lol okay getting side tracked…. Gotta go and do what????? The DANG THANG~~~ Holla

Okay–so now I am getting that excited feeling. Not sure why it turns to nervous the day of the show but lets handle today. I am pumped–I want all my friend to come and show me some love. Call your cousins–friends–other friends–heck just call sombody and come and check me out. You know I am the "Lean Diva" so show some luv—-to all my supporters–don’t forget to get a picture with me for my photo gallery. Now–the information is on my page for tickets–so get them ahead of time. Mike Horn is the BEST!!!!!!!! Before I go………….What??????? I am going to do the "Dang Thang"!!!!!!

Okay–so I so excited about the changes I have made in a few days!! I am learning so much and my helpful sources are keeping me in line. So here I go……guess what????? I have decided to pack on some size starting in July!!! You heard it right–going to use my genetics and develop some lean muscle mass. No mercy–no whinning–just pumping some heavy iron. Thant sounds great actually. I am going into Steel World leaner due to some major changes–finding out what works for me. I am going to bring it a bit different on stage this time–been going to posing classes–and was taught how to use my muscle to the max–didn’t so that first show
and will have a new look so BEWARE–the DIVA will be in town. Doing what……….??????the DANG THANG!!!

Okay–so my hard work–did I mention HARD work is baout to take the stage for the first time. WOW!!!!! I am filled with excitement and to be honest with you–I am ready to bring a bit of "LEAN DIVA" to the stage~~~~okay—You know I am going to "work it". Why not? It has taken much dedication and I am proud of myself. I have tons of friends to thank–you all know who you are. Okay–I am lean diva for sure now. My curves accented with my muscle tone is super "hot"…hell it turns me on…lol Really on the serious side–this has been a long journey for my first competition. I have kept a detailed journal, nagged the crap out of people, and met some awesome people on the journey. I have met some rude ones also but they help me to be stronger because when it is "SHOW TIME"==it will be "MY TIME"–Look for my pictures soon and make sure you post some comments! Make me blush–heck I have worked HARD–can you say fish and brocc?——-Don’t please—I am over it…lol

I am working on leaning out and showing off some muscle. By doing so, I have noticed that I need more size. On off season, I have to add size to my shoulders! I don’t want them to look too small. Thanks to my support group! I will make you PROUD!!!! Still shooting for 8.2-8.5 body fat! It’s show time baby! May 2009
