I went on vacation for four days.. this consisted of eating irregularly (and out to restaurants I might add) and drinking. I gave in to ice cream and chocolate temptations which normally I would not give in to. Since I have not been seeing a noticeable change in weight loss my motivations and high hopes have been lowered. Tomorrow 7-6-07 I plan on hitting the gym and doing cardio for a minimum of 1 hour 5 times a week as well as giving up alcohol for awhile. My biggest problem is that I think I need to eat and can’t walk away from temptations but hopefully I can change my state of mind.

Since I just turned 21 this year and have been using it to my advantage lately, I was wondering how often you successful men and women drink weekly - and/or suggest how much at MOST to consume especially trying to lose fat and/or build muscle. Messages, comments and suggestions welcomed!!

Last night I went out and partied a little too hard so I did not have much of an appetite this morning. I had baby spinach with some deli sliced ham in it for protein and cucumbers. For lunch I had some chicken breast cooked on the grill. I did a pilates ab, buns, and thigh exercises for 20-30mins. I also biked 6 miles outside this afternoon and ate an orange, blueberries, and sugar free jello post workout. Added new pics today of myself as well from this morning.

Today I biked 6 miles outside, bout to do some toning exercises and do some basic weight machines at the gym before work.. got to keep my motivation for the end results!!

Today I’m resting for the most part will do some sit ups to strengthen abs.
For breakfast I had an orange and milkshake (banana, 1 scoop flax seed for fiber, skim milk, and slice of cantelope). Ate couple of slices of ham for lunch with sugar free jello, coffee w/ skim milk and splenda, and water will crystal light. Dinner will be ham sandwich on weight watchers whole wheat bread, and orange, and sugar free jello. Any suggestions of eating habits to burn more fat or foods to stay away from??

So today I ran 1.5 miles and biked 5 miles outdoors in the afternoon heat. I ran 1 mile in 7minutes 45seconds and biked the 5 miles in 27 minutes. With a proper diet I should begin to see results by the end of the month!

I hope to write weekly about my current status/progress/setbacks/concerns. Tomorrow I hope to get some cardio in sometime in the morning before I work a 12 hour shift. Today my excuse for not doing any cardio was that I worked the overnight shift, got three hours of sleep in, went to the doctors then my friend came over until 5pm and by then I felt too tired to exercise. I need to stop making excuses and at least try..
