					<description>The problem with alcohol is it kills existing gains and the nasty hangovers keep you from working out the next day.  I think one or two a week is probably not too bad for staying fit.</description>

					<description>i personally would say away from it if possible. you want your body healthy at all times. but you would know your body best and how it handles alcohol. so its up to you.</description>

					<description>I have not drank anything but water or 2% milk since last November. I drink Protien shakes 3 times a day (in 2% Milk). I guess at 39 years old I just out grew the Beer and dont miss it. Best of luck.... My suggestion..... Stay clear of the booze.</description>

					<description>I would not drink more than 2 servings of alcohol per day and would not consume alcohol more than 3 days of the week if you want to make any gains.  The more you drink the worse off you are in the gym the next morning.</description>
