I refuse to step on the scale!
Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007Ok ya so back at college, chips, candy and beer are back on the menu. Running ALOT more and hitting the gym so I plan to lose the weight I’ve gained since my last update pretty shortly. I’ve been running 3-5 miles when I run, that’s more than I could have EVER done when I was really skinny!! Getting in shape just need to shed the pounds, but who can help cheating sometimes right?!
Any advice how to shed pounds quickly & what to eat to do it??!!
