Feeling like there should be more change.
So I have been working my butt off training for a comp in April, and have seen some good changes since I started way back in February. The problem for me is I don’t see many changes the last month or so, and I have not been able to add more weight to my frame in a while also. Could it be that I am shredding some of the body fat, have I hit a plateau that I hear so much about, or is it time for a change in routine and diet?
I am not really patient when it comes to some things. When I want things I want it NOW!!! The good side to that is that I focus on it and make it happen, the bad side is that if it is something that takes a while it drives me nuts.
I am not sure what I should look like 25 weeks out, am I behind, am I right on track, ahead of the game. When I look in the mirror my back seems to be doing well, legs and calves seem to be ok, but abs, chest, and forearms seem to be lacking what I had hoped they would look like after this much training.
Maybe it’s just me not having patients…..oh well….. I will keep at it and see where it takes me. Just needed to vent..lol.
