Simple Hearty Chili
Ingredients:
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
1/2 can Water
212g Black Beans
2.25oz slow cooked shredded chicken breast
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional I use it for fats)
Chili Powder to taste
Xanthan Gum if you wish for thicker chili
Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a pan then cook of medium heat
until it just begins to boil.
