Great improvment this week
Today, Monday has been one of the best days in a long time. I just increased my bench press weights and overhead pullovers. I even had a person comment while I was doing them that I was doing great and was impressed that I could… His words were "She is doing some serious lifting now" That was such a great feeling and pushed me even harder to do my reps. I now can do 3 sets of 10 bench presses of 60 lbs. and 3sets of 10 in overhead pullovers!!! YES!!!!
Now for the hard part of recovering those muscles….lots of water, right??

I am no pro… but yes water, and I find that spending 15-30 min a day stretching is greatly beneficial, to me it seems to help move the lactic acid from the muscles…… And I try to hit the gym 6 days a week so i know how sore it can be…
