Frustrated with injury
About a month ago I did something to my S. I. Joint and could hardly walk let alone sit and run. I’ve gone to the chiro and have been a good girl and did exactly what he said "no running, no lower body workout period. grrrrrrrr"
SO after a month he has released me to do some light lower and stationary bike, I decided to push it a bit since it hasn’t hurt in 2 weeks and ran 2 miles yesterday. Big mistake, I hurt. Anyone know how long it takes for the muscles to heal? I’m going stir crazy…..Any suggestions on exercises or stretches I can do to help stretch them ? I really don’t want to go to a physical therapist if I don’t have to.
