I have not been able to post in a few days but everything is going well and according to plan. This is a light week to let our bodies rest. We are doing 15-25 reps of light weight to stretch and let our muscles heal. Then next week we will begin a super-set program that will push us to the max!! I hope to be in at 223 or 222 Friday so we will see. I would like to see about 12% bodyfat that day as well. As you can see by my stats the waist is shrinking with the bodyfat and my muscles are not loosing size. I have noticed small decreases in some stats but not enough to post… when fat comes off you are going to loose everywhere to a certain degree.
The diet is going well and some days I feel better than others. I have had two cheat meals over the weekend but I did not get carried away. It actually helped replenish me and get my mind ready for no more cheating till I’m done.
I see results of what I am doing everyday. That even more than the tape measure and fat calipers tells me what I am doing is working. I see more muscle and more definition, although I would like to see my stomach shrinking more.
I have got a long way to go yet and I plan to use everyday to get in better shape and be the best I can this year.
