Redemption

I’m back. Finally. Even despite all the trials I have been facing, I’m ready to face myself. Since last December, yes LAST December, I have gotten engaged, bought a house, moved her and her girls in, got married, then I moved in, then two months later… got a divorce. My heart was broke and my world flipped upside down. Now I’m workin 3 jobs to make ends meet, but I’m back. I’m determined to build the best body I possibly can. Good luck to you all. I’ll post pics and updates as soon as there is some, LOL.

I not been posting for a while so I thought I would give an update. Training is going well despite a hurt back,shoulder,and knee. Oh well can’t stay healthy all the time. Still working on building quailty mass while keeping the fat down—actually taking more off. I took those pics but don’t have the files to upload them yet. I have been working extra hard since those—they hurt my feelings cause I didn’t get into the shape I wanted. So anyway I have added more cardio and even though I ain’t really cutting my diet is really clean. Hoping to have a totally different body than before in a few months. Keep workin hard.

DAY 71 OF 112

April 21, 2007

I have not posted anything in a while,sorry. I have been extremely busy with trying to get in shape and work etc. I had to start dieting a little harder than I really wanted to but I am seeing great results and my muscles are not shrinking…at least not much. I will try to post as often as possible but my stats will at least stay updated so you can see how things are going.

DAY 47 OF 112

March 28, 2007

Training has been going ok. I’ve had a rough few weeks but my mind is back right now and I’m ready to train hard. Everything is still going fine and I am still making great progress even though I’ve been having a hard time. Stress has played a big part on me not doing as much as I should. I take every problem head on and have resolved all the issues I had. Most all of it was just in my head and making more of something than it was.

Anyway tomorrow is chest and back superset day. I can’t wait. Chest will be with dumbbells since we did barbell earlier in the week. Back workouts don’t change too much. I am focusing mainly on getting my lats wider.

I am putting a pic of me,though its sort of blury,after the arm workout last Tuesday. If anyone gets a chance let me know how you think I am shaping up.

DAY 40 OF 112

March 21, 2007

Well I’m down to 220. Body fat and waist is dropping and my muscles feel big as ever. The diet is tough! Oh well not too many more weeks left–about 10 I think. I have been down the last few days–its weird how a diet will mess with your head.

DAY 33 OF 112

March 14, 2007

Before I start I would like to do something I should have done a long time ago. I would like to thank my girlfriend Ashley for loving me and putting up with me especially while I’m dieting. I get a little cranky at times and it is the best thing in the world to know that someone loves you no matter what. She is the best and I never have to worry if she loves me. Thanks baby!! Sorry if I get short with you.

 Today I came in at 223.5 lbs. Right on track! This rest week is doing me good. We are staying with light weights to heal up. We did shoulders and legs today. Got a good pump but I’m ready to go heavy again.

 The diet is going well. I feel a little tired today but not too bad.

Only bout 11 weeks and two days to go. I’m ready to see the results of all this hard work. I hope it even suprises me. I hope to be at 222 Friday..I’ll let you know.

Day 32 of 112

March 13, 2007

I have not been able to post in a few days but everything is going well and according to plan. This is a light week to let our bodies rest. We are doing 15-25 reps of light weight to stretch and let our muscles heal. Then next week we will begin a super-set program that will push us to the max!! I hope to be in at 223 or 222 Friday so we will see. I would like to see about 12% bodyfat that day as well. As you can see by my stats the waist is shrinking with the bodyfat and my muscles are not loosing size. I have noticed small decreases in some stats but not enough to post… when fat comes off you are going to loose everywhere to a certain degree.

 The diet is going well and some days I feel better than others. I have had two cheat meals over the weekend but I did not get carried away. It actually helped replenish me and get my mind ready for no more cheating till I’m done.

 I see results of what I am doing everyday. That even more than the tape measure and fat calipers tells me what I am doing is working. I see more muscle and more definition, although I would like to see my stomach shrinking more.

 I have got a long way to go yet and I plan to use everyday to get in better shape and be the best I can this year.

DAY 26 OF 112

March 6, 2007

Mozell and I hit the back workout hard today. I am still exhausted even after 9 hours. My weight was up a little today to 227. I was a little upset but my bodyfat is measuring down so really weight does not matter. It could be I was holding more water or any number of things.
I am amazed I am still lifting as heavy at 225 as I was at 240…who knows maybe I am still building muscle while dropping the fat. I still look big and more definition is coming in everyday. Veins are starting to show…but only the ones on my arms are popping out.
We have legs and forearms tomorrow…I can’t wait.

DAY 25 OF 112

March 5, 2007

Everything is going good. I started Fyre fat burners by Syntrax today and tomorrow I will start cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach…with BCAA’s of course. I am still lifting as heavy as I was in the off season even though I have dropped 15 lbs so far. I have a little over twelve weeks to go and I am guessing 20 more lbs to loose.

This week will be a heavy week. Next week we will go light and then start a super set program the following week so I expect Major changes over the next few weeks.
