Well, school work & girlfriend consists of 90% of my life now I guess!
Sleep quality hasn’t been best as of late, my workouts are also becoming inconsistent (most likely because of sleep quality).
I am re-adding NOW ADAM to my stack and trying, for the first time, Optimum ZMA. I haven’t ordered from bodybuilding.com in about a year, so when I shopped around a few days ago, I had to fight urges to restock on Controlled Labs PW/GM (because of financial issues), however I did order an Animal T-Shirt for $13.99
I did not weigh myself recently, but I’d hazard a guess at 65kg. I also did not take any progress pictures in a year (last time was 06-06-08); I hope to take some pictures soon!

I participated in a national web design contest recently, the preliminary contest (for Taipei City) was held on 0417; I got third place, qualifying me for the final national contest (for Taiwan)(to be held on 1027). My own website is http://michaelcheng.us

I spent a couple of minutes reading my previous entries, and I realize that I’ve changed so much since last year. I am no longer shy, and I have also become much more out-going (which, I think, is a pretty good improvement)
Anyway, the third day of our finals is Monday, and after that, I’ll be practicing web design over the summer, as well as spending a lot of quality with my girlfriend of nine months.

Currently I am around 66kg.
school is really taking its toll on my bodybuilding! however, my strength has been going up and i can now squat 250lbs with ease.
Money has been a big problem recently, so i haven’t been eating a lot. I am running out of protien powder and my next order form bb.com will have ON protein and CL wraath. +shipping is $142
it’s quite expensive…
but i will definitely continue bodybuilding! it’s still my hobby, and i have no intention of quitting!

All of my lifts have gone down about 10~15lbs since I last updated. (Except for bent over rows, which went up about 20lbs) I don’t really know why, but it probably has to do with the injury I had (lower back) in April.
But then again, if my lower back sustained injury, my bent over rows wouldn’t go up, right??
Anyway, I will be posting pictures in a month. My body weight is 67kg with a bodyfat% of 11.4 I am starting a powerlifting type workout to jump start my strength.

I have a question about progressing with my girlfriend. So far it’s been like this:
Date 1: Walk, talk, share a drink and food
Date 2: Study, talk, share a late night snack
Date 3: Study
Date 4: (Told her I liked her); Go to a far away place + sunset + dinner
Date 5: Go to Riverside park and walk, night market after
Date 6: Xi Men Ding + dinner, walk home from the main station (2 hours) + finally held her hand
Date 7: (last night) Ye you, basically saying we went out at night and walked + held her hand…
Now what? When do you sneak in a kiss, or something more romantic?

BB.com finally updated my profile with new pics. Well, all I can say is: it’s better than before.

I have a question (about girls =…=) for anyone who comes to read my blog: How to approach the next step?
We are already together (bf+gf), but what’s next? I can’t even seem to get myself to hold her hand! WTF am i supposed to do?! I know some people might say: "be a man, just do it. What’s the worst that can happen?"
But I can’t do that. I can’t just grab her hand out of nowhere, it’d seem like i wanted to molest her or something = ="
I don’t even see how I can ever kiss her!
Even though she says she likes me, it never seems like she really does. In school, she runs off with other girls during break, and when we talk, it seems rushed, like she wants to get away fast.
So… my question remains: how am I supposed to go to the next step? without making a fool out of myself…..?

Well, I don’t know what bb.com is playing at, but those pics on my profile are NOT the ones i sent in for the competition. those are ones very long ago, i sent in the later ones. i realize there’s a whole topic on the teen forum on how shitty i look, but OH WELL. it’s now like anyone else knows what it’s like to sit through school for 11 hours, then eat dinner, workout, and study till 12 or 1. i tried my best, and am trying my best, even with our finals coming up. bitch all you want and send in your pictures. i entered for the challenge, not for money or anything else. just because i’m not "big" enough, "bulky" enough, or whatever enough, doesn’t mean i don’t try my best.
almost forgot, someone said i photochopped my pictures. now why the fu ck would i do that? first of all i don’t even have photoshop/don’t even know how to use any photo editor. second, as already mentioned, bb.com took pics from my jan 2007 shoot and dec 2006. TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. almost 2 months apart. isn’t it possible i changed in 2 months??
One more thing: my piece of advice was to shut up and squat. that’s advice. even if i don’t look like i squat, at least i do. look on the forums yourself: "20 rep squat programs", "how do i squat", "am i squatting wrong", etc. it seems like squatting is good advice to give, doesn’t it
