					<description>Okay... the trick is to slowly increase your cardio and lifting intensity over the next two month... while slowly reducing your calorie intake at the same time. 					<description>Hey!! Congrats on listening to your inner voice! I too am approaching my first contest. I'm 5wks out and have just started carb depleting cycles. To gain more muscle, i would recommend upping your calories to about 2800-3000. it sounds like a lot, but you need them. Dont be afraid of carbs, they are friends for now- just watch out for starchy ones later in the day. Eat lots and eat often. Go super hard and super heavy on weights. save all of your cardio for the cutting phase, just use it as a warm up and cool down. what kind of supplements are you using? i hope to hear from you soon. let me know.</description>
