What the F**K am I doing!?

Two months to go unitl the NPC contest. Im losing my mind. Its like my body is saying the hell with you and just stopped. Im not dropping any weight or BF. My diet is clean and Im not cheating at all. I have been busting my ass on the cardio and the weights. I just look in the mirrior and think what were you thinking. Im gong to keep giving it 110% and go in the best shape I can.

    Okay… the trick is to slowly increase your cardio and lifting intensity over the next two month… while slowly reducing your calorie intake at the same time. This will keep your body in a adaptation mode. (confused) Check out my blog for some diet info. If you have any questions pm me.

    Try dropping 100 cal and whats your cardio consist of?

    Conversely, your body could be going into "starvation mode" if you are not taking in enough calories. In other words, if you are not taking in enough, your body will feel as if it is being starved, lock out the fat burning mechanism and hang on to every gram of fat you’ve got.

    I have to ask as well, what your cardio consists of … ?
