Shoulder Day and doing some good for someone else.
I am feeling better today. Still a bit down on myself but it will pass.
Today I did shoulders… to me it didn’t SEEM like alot of weight but these were exercises I havent done much before so I really dont know how to compare.
CLEAN AND PRESS
3 sets of 8 @ 90 lb BB
SMITH MILITARY PRESS
I did these to make sure it was just the shoulders that got hit
3 sets of 10 @ 70 lbs plate weight + bar
REAR DELT FLY MACHINE
1 set of 12 @ 115 lbs
2 sets of 8 @ 130 lbs
My shoulders were absolutely toast after that, I could barely lift my arms. Feels good.
But I did go after the gym since I ended a little earlier than normal and did my part to help others. I gave blood. Felt good doing that. I kept meaning to but just didnt have a lot of time to get down there with their hours. Will have to do it more often.

Thank you, Brian, for your gift of life! Giving blood is such a great gift towards people in need that you will never meet but they are so thankful to all the donors. I can’t give blood because of my leukemia but wish I could help others like that!
I do volunteer work instead, delivering noon meals with the Meals-On-Wheels program. I also belong to a service club who helps others in our community. Makes me feel good to help others!

Make sure you get plenty of fluids! I gave blood last October and I almost fainted later in the day. Have a good weekend if we don’t get to chat!
