WIDE GRIP PAT PULLDOWNS
1 x 12 x 120 lbs
2 x 8 x 140 lbs
Feeling better today! Hopefully it keeps up now! Have a great hump day!

thanks Sue and Nicole! 1RM on deads are easier than any of the others, if its too heave you just let it fall to the ground. LOL
