Happy Halloween
Good morning ghouls and goblins. Hope everyone is having a fantastic day. Thought I would put up the video now that is up and running of the bench. Sort of fitting that I am dressed in orange eh? LOL
And before anyone else tells me that I should have a spotter, look onthe rack and there is a long safety bar just above my chest. I did fail at 195 and I got out easily from underneath the bar so there was no chance for me to get crushed by the weight.

GRAAWWWWLL THE BEAST IS BEING SHEDDED OF ITS CLOAK OF FAT AND HE IS SEEING HOW THE KING OF HIS OWN DOMAIN LOOKS NOW THAT HE IS NOT AFFRAID TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR. YOU SEE WHAT U ARE AFTER BRIAN AND ITS COMMING THROUGH AT RAPID SPEEDS NOT EVEN A RADAR GUN COULD TRACK YOU NOW HUGS
