PR and very close to my year end goal
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008Today I decided to go for my PB on the bench press…
12 x 135 lbs, 8 x 155 lbs, 2 x 185 lbs
1 x 195 lbs **PR**
attempted 200 lbs. failed, made it about 3/4 of the way back up but could not complete it. I should be able to finally get it by the end of the month. This was a goal to complete by the end of the year so I am very happy with this progress.
Now for the rest of the workout…
WIDE LAT PULLDOWN - 3 sets of 12 @ 120 lbs
INCLINE DB PRESSES - 3 sets of 10 @ 50 lbs ea DB
CABLE ROWS - 3 sets of 12 @ 110 lbs
Was absolutely wiped after that…did my 20 minute walk into work afterwards.
