Today’s workout (July 3)- Back and Biceps

FRONT LAT PULLDOWN

1 set of 15 @ 90 lbs
1 set of 12 @ 110 lbs
2 sets of 8 @ 130 lbs

One-arm DB rows

1 set of 15 @ 25 lbs each arm
2 sets of 12 @ 35 lbs each arm
1 set of 10 @ 45 lbs each arm

SEATED CABLE ROWS

1 set of 15 @ 90 lbs
1 set of 12 @ 110 lbs
1 set of 12 @ 130 lbs
1 set of 10 @ 140 lbs

BB BICEP CURLS
1 set of 15 @ 40 lbs
3 sets of 10 @ 60 lbs

MACHINE PREACHER CURLS
1 set of 15 @ 40 lbs
1 set of 12 @ 50 lbs
1 set of 12 @ 60 lbs

ALTERNATING HAMMER CURLS
3 sets of 12 @ 20 pounds (left arm only got 10 reps on last set)

OMG, the DOMS in my legs are really painful!  Between the hard workout on Monday and then doing a bunch of walking yesterday for Canada Day.  My entire legs are hirting, hams, quads, calves, you name it.  People looking at me strangely because of the way I walk feeling the pain in every fibre of my muscles.

I wouldn’t have it any other way! ;-) I think I’m hooked!
