Back at it
Back to teh gym today, I have started on a new program given to me from a great friend on BodySpace! Hopefully this will be the kickstart I need to really take things to the next level. Wednesdays is cardio/abs day… did 15 mins on the elliptical and then 3 sets of 12 of swiss ball crunches, oblique crunches, reverse curls/crunches and back extensions, then 30 minutes on the bike! My abs are definitely going to feel it later. It’s a new day! Take life by the horns!

excellent way to kick up your routine. sounds like a good abs routine….keep at it there brian…will race you one day soon up those stairs….
