1 x 15 @ 90 lbs
1 x 12 @ 110 lbs (PR)
BB BENTOVER ROWS
1 x 15 @ 30 lbs
2 x 12 @ 50 lbs
ONE ARM DB ROWS
3 x 12 @ 30 lbs
CHEST - Giant Set
Giant set consisting of 10 pushups, then 12 DB presses (15 lbs), then 12 DB flys (15 lbs) - DONE FOR TOTAL OF THREE SETS

Keep going at it. Program looks good. Better crank up the steam if your going to kick my butt in a powerlifting comp. ** yep thats a challenge.
