Today’s Workout - May 27th, 2008 Biceps and Shoulders
BB BICEP CURL
1 x 12 @ 50 lbs
1 x 12 @ 60 lbs
1 x 8 @ 70 lbs (PB + 10 lbs)
CONCENTRATION CURLS
3 x 8 @ 25 lbs
“21s” BB CURLS
3 sets at 30 pounds
SMITH SHOULDER PRESS
1 x 15 @ 35 lbs
2 x 15 @ 45 lbs
FRONT RAISE / LAT RAISE SUPER SET
2 x 10 @ 12 pounds each exercise
1 x 10 @ 10 pounds each exercise (drop set)
BB SHRUGS
3 x 12 @ 100 lbs
My shoulders were absolutely burning after that. Also, while I was brushing my hair in the mirror afterwards, I couldn’t believe the pump my arms had! I wish I had a camera at that point

wow dued u are so smoking im so happy u have relized the importance of steady progression in a life style change now if we both can get the dieting down pat and 100% then we will both be so cut that if some one touches us they maybe cut a finger ouch!!! lOL luc ya bro
