Today’s workout - May 26, 2008
Today I decided to do powerlifting exercises and sme abs just because it has been a few days since I was in the gym. Hoping to get some compound exercises in and then I can go back to the smaller muscles tomorrow
BENCH
2 x 10 x 115 lbs
2 x 6 x 135 lbs
1 x 2 x 155 lbs (PR by 5 lbs)
SQUATS
2 x 10 x 135 lbs
2 x 5 x 185 lbs
1 x 2 x 225 lbs (PR by 20 lbs)
DEADLIFTS
1 x 10 x 135 lbs
2 x 8 x 185 lbs
I was losing my grip on these so I didn’t attempt any further
CRUNCHES
3 sets of 15
SCISSOR KICKS
3 sets of 15
PLANKS
3 sets of 20 seconds each
