Pretty much all three sets I was struggling at the last couple of reps

TRICEP ROPE PULLDOWNS

I did these slower than usual. Really felt the burn in the tris.

At home today I finished off what was supposed to be the end of yesterdays workout…
Did 3 sets of 12 with the following exercises
SHOULDER PRESSES - 17 lbs.
FRONT RAISES - 12 lbs.
LAT RAISES - 12 lbs.
