So in a month I am going to be getting a Breast Augmentation (Silicone) and I am not looking forward to any time out of the Gym .. Luckily I will be going over muscle which is faster healing time so thats a positive! I have been thinking about doing this since I started training and women unfortunately lose a good portion of fat in this area with keeping lean.. I love the development my chest has made with my lifting heavy and thats another reason why my Dr says going over will be best for my Lifestyle... Any advice from other Ladies out there that I can get on this from Recovery, Weight Training afterwards and what not I would love to hear from you! I will keep posted here on my return to the Gym afterwards as well! Working HARDER and HEAVIER till Surgery Date!
