I am a Human Weeble Wobble!
I feel like a Human Weeble Wobble after completing today’s Crossfit routine. A wobbling, shaking, jello mess (and I Love it). Atleast I didn’t fall down or throw up! Crawling doesn’t count, right?
Totals after 20 minutes of 5.5 sets were:
145 air squats, 130 Sit ups, 115 KettleBell 2 Arm Swings, 44 pushups.
Yeah, I am working on pulling that pushup number up!!
My totals have increased since 2 months ago when my totals for situps were 80, air squats were 100, pushups were 60 (but, the girlie kind) No more girlie pushups for this girl!! WooHoo!

You pretty much rawk the enture universe! I’m quite impressed with those numbers G. The improvement is most impressive. I certainly feel CrossFit ‘type’ workouts are superior than bodybuilding for asthetic purposes. CrossFit like workouts result in increased fitness and the secondary by-product is yummy booty - in this case, your booty lol

That’s an impressive workout! 115 kb swings is pretty strong. Make sure you are using the right form…cross fit doesn’t do to well teaching kb excersizes properly in my experience. Check out dragondoor.com for proper KB techniques. Keep up the great work. And thanks again for your comments a little while back.

Thanks for your comment. So far, I despise the taste of cottage cheese. But I like it’s nutritional value. I’ll be patient: I hated broccoli at first too, but it’s not so bad now…
Good lord girl, you can do more pushups than I can. That bothers me…
