I finally got enought money to purchase a trainer at Bally only to totally disappointed in his services. Our first session he was a no show. The secound he jipped me 15mins cuz he overslept and the 3rd he called 7 mins before the session to tell me he was "sick" (i had already been at the gym for a 1/2 hour). this is just crazy. I work a second job to help pay for this bull****!! ugh. I really need motivate and education about fitness and overall training i thought this would help. so far it sucks…. but im not giving up. I want to lose several pounds by the time the Arnold rolls around. i guess i have to go at it without a trainer

Rehab is going ok I just got the brace off (praise God)…. im looking forward to walking without sticks on each side. im staying positve one day at a time

its been a full week since my knee surgery and i feel dependant. its like going from being the mvp of a team to the waterboy. i have the heart of a lion but cant walk two steps. i am hoping my rehab goes well cuz this is hard work using these sticks "crutches" just to walk to my kitchen.

After the memorial day holiday i have slacked off. I am so focused when i have a goal…I wanted to look good over the holiday weekend. So i hit it so hard. Ive only gone to the gym twice since. what am i doing??!!? geez i need to get it together

yep i did it this past weekend I had several cocktails and a brownie the size of a slice of pizza! I didnt feel guilty and I hopped back on it on the next day. Of course those pounds showed up on monday. but hey i am glad it didn’t linger!

Ive been trying to cut as much as possible. I am officially down 14lbs but i dont see any physical changes. I am wondering if thats normal since i have so much weight to lose to begin with??? I wish i could increase my cardio but these bum knees wont budge…still hopeful that i can make my goals by June

Ok back from Jamaica! had a wonderful time and so did my waistline. I weighed myself today and I am up 3 pounds from when I left a week and a half ago. I packed workout clothes so I THOUGHT that would be good enough. NOT! when you have the all inclusive package you take full advantage. trust. but I am back and full steam ahead…or at least Iam back on the train *smile* goal (175lbs by June)

during my Arnold push i dropped 8 pounds my goal was 25. this thing is not easy. I am still fightin though. my knees are counting on me. I still need to lose those initial 25lbs. I have a new goal. Spring Break! gotta look decent in that darn swim suit…….
