Europe
One of my biggest challenge will soon be upon me. On April 2 of 2008 I will travel to Europe. My stay will last for 2 to 3 weeks. (In the voice of Captain Kirk in pain…………. "must find gym!!!"). Any ideas on a good workout routine would be greatly appreciate. Thank you

I’m in the same predicament;
pack low sodium tun/protein shakes/bars etc.
take some resistance bands too. i think the airlines allow for 50lb weight limit for your bags, so pack light on the clothes and take 10 or 15 lb dumbells and seperate them in different suitcases. do tons of reps! (at least it will keep you cut)
also consider taking the two weeks off of the gym. if you’ve been working out for several months your body can use that time to repair. it will shock the system)
