Sorry

I want to say I am sorry to all the people in my apartment building. I know some of them all never see this, yet I want them to know that I am sorry. I am sorry for the late night workouts. All the noise from the banging of the weights. There are no "light" days in this place.

But this is therapeutic for me. I have been through a lot in the last two years. So less then a year ago I decide to do something health. To mash’ it.

Mistakes or just thinking out loud…………….

My tendency are to workout at home. One day I was thinking out loud…….. what would it be like to workout at the local gym? At this present time I will remain nameless. So I went to the local gym seeking information about their membership policies.

I was met at the door by a nice young man. We took a quick tour of the gym. The first thing that I notice was the number of people working out. I wonder to myself……… how will I ever get a workout in? I use to be a member at 24 Hours Fitness because you can go late at night. Oh by the way this place is not 24 Hours Fitness. So that should narrow it down a bit for you.

Now here come the sell pitch. This kid try everything to get me to sign up. When I told him that I need more time that is when the kid threw the sink at me. Look at all the women we have here. I pause for a moment…………. Ok that was long enough. Can someone please tell me when did women become a selling point for gym membership?

I have been back for a while now. I must admit that I am just get back to the swing of things.

I have add some orthodox lifts and cardio to my workout. I just want to see what will happen. If anyone have some orthodox style in their workout it would be nice to hear from you so I can learn some more.

Europe

One of my biggest challenge will soon be upon me. On April 2 of 2008 I will travel to Europe. My stay will last for 2 to 3 weeks. (In the voice of Captain Kirk in pain…………. "must find gym!!!"). Any ideas on a good workout routine would be greatly appreciate. Thank you

Hello how is everyone? I hope that everyone is well. I have been go through some tough times. I had to made some changes to my workouts. I have add some cardio and new mixture of lifts. One of my friend want to workout with me. I have never had a workout buddy and I really do not talk that much when I workout. I am in there just trying to mash it out.

I need some help. I am hooked on workout info commercials. I have this tendency to stay up late at night and watch them over and over again. Then I wonder how can any one believe that they can get in shape with just five minute workout.  If you can let me know.

First time

If you have not guess it by now this is my first blog. I am writing this blog for a strange reason. I started training for a personal reason that many of us can understand……..the big D. It is not the way you think it is. I enjoy the way my body felt after the workout. When I saw the small results I could not help myself from get hooked.
        I found this site through an ad in a finess magazine for men. When I saw the other profiles I was like…….Man would you take look at this person and check this person out. It was not until I said "I want to do that!" I made the change.
