If you want to retain size in your thighs and glutes you just have to lift heavy weight. You were probably lifting REALLY light stuff which is a waste of time. Muscles look good because of the powerthey possess. If you don't train them for power, they won't look powerful.</description>

					<description>Try VPX ZeroImpact bars, so far these are the best that i have found around any health food store. The fats that are in these bars are all good fats which fight the bad.  Look into it, let me know what you think.</description>
