NO MORE DUMBBELLS!!!!
Ok,I’ve been gone for while,and well,no I havent been working out with weights…why??Well I have lost some of my genetics traits,such as my big butt and a lil bit of hips I had,,,ALSO…I already had big quads…so even a little bit of weight trainging would make them bigger,,,,I dont know maybe I was just looking for a different look,,,hey,,maybe im on the wrong site…naw,,just kidding….so i went back to my old ways which was running and good OLD body weight training,,,Im not knocking any females who workout with weights,but i felt I was looking a lil manish…and I just can’t have that,,,I guess the hype of all these fitness magazines made me feel like the only way to be in shape is by going to the gym and working with dumbbells,,,well not true….well that is for me,,,,,bye!!!!

You don’t have enough testosterone in your body to look manish no matter how hard you lift weights. If you want to retain size in your thighs and glutes you just have to lift heavy weight. You were probably lifting REALLY light stuff which is a waste of time. Muscles look good because of the powerthey possess. If you don’t train them for power, they won’t look powerful.
