Today I came down another 1.4 lbs. I hit the gym for the first time this week and I know it will be Tuesday before I can go again so I hit it hard. I essentially did a full body workout. I could feel the lack of carbs since Monday taking its tole. But the way my weight is going down I can suck it up.
So day3 and I am seven pounds down. I am sure some of it is water weight but I will take it.
